Exciting Opportunity – NICU Research Nurse | Royal North Shore Hospital
An exceptional opportunity exists to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) research team at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). This role offers the chance to contribute to high-impact clinical research that directly shapes the care of our most vulnerable patients.
Working closely with the Neonatal Medical Research Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in the coordination and management of clinical trials within the neonatology department. This includes supporting study implementation, ensuring protocol adherence, and contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality research practices.
Neonatal care as we know it today has been profoundly influenced by landmark clinical trials challenging established practices, introducing safer and more effective therapies, and ultimately improving outcomes for premature and critically unwell infants. This position provides a unique opportunity to be part of that ongoing advancement.
