Due to continuous growth and the award of new contracts, HGM are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our fun and vibrant team. 

The Role

Due to an increased demand for skilled and unskilled labour throughout the WA Mining Industry, HGM are seeking a highly experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our close-knit team. This is an exciting full time role where your tasks will vary day to day in our fast paced, ever changing environment. This role is suited to a friendly, motivated self starter who likes to do a little bit of everything, no chance of getting bored here at HGM! 

Duties

• Mobilising blue collar trades (Heavy Mobile Equipment) to various mine sites.

• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate and client relationships.

• Coordinate training, medicals and PPE according to site specific requirements. 

• Maintenance and management of employee roster & database.

• Creating quotes and reconciling purchase orders. 

• Candidate aftercare and management. 

• Adhoc support of the Recruitment and Field Service departments.

Essential

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience and an excellent understanding in a high volume mining mobilisation role (various mining clients)

• Experience mobilising personnel using ERMS 

• Proven ability to coordinate the of onboarding new employees

• Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Excel & Word

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and use your initiative

• General Office Administration

• Great sense of humour and willingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard work

Desirable

• Experience within the mobile maintenance industry

• Recruitment experience

• Fastrack360 experience 

• Xero experience

• Heavy Mobile Equipment industry knowledge
