Obsidian is a premium, fast growing mobile detailing brand and we are hiring our next team member to run one of our fully kitted company vehicles. This is a rare ground floor opportunity to grow with a business that is scaling quickly, with a genuine pathway into a Trainer and Operations Manager role for the right person.

The role

You will operate your own company vehicle, travelling to customers and delivering premium detailing services to a high standard. You work independently, manage your own day on the road, and represent the Obsidian brand directly with every customer you meet.

This is hands on, physically demanding work performed outdoors and on the move. It also has a strong customer and sales element. You will be fully trained in our sales approach, and upselling our premium add ons and packages will be part of your day to day.

This role is part time with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, however we expect the right person to be available for close to full time hours of around 38 hours per week from the start. There is a clear pathway to a full time contract after approximately 3 months based on performance.

What we offer

Base rate of $30 to $35 per hour depending on experience, plus commission on revenue. The harder you work and the more you sell, the more you earn. A fully equipped company vehicle to run your day. Full training in detailing and in sales. No detailing experience required. A genuine progression pathway.
