About the Role

As a Membership Consultant, you will play an important role in growing club membership and delivering exceptional customer service. You will engage with prospective members, support existing members, assist with social media content creation and participation, and contribute to creating a welcoming and motivating club environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys working with people, and is committed to making a positive impact on others’ lives.

Key Requirements

• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals

• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team

• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays

• General administration and customer service experience

• Experience or interest in social media content creation and engagement

• Ability and enthusiasm to work with a diverse range of clients
