Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain medical devices, applications, and associated software
• Provide technical support for telemedicine and digital health platforms
• Troubleshoot and maintain clinical workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support Windows Server, virtual machine, and infrastructure environments
• Manage deployment and maintenance of medical software applications
• Support medical mobile device fleets including iPhones and iPads
• Maintain system availability, performance, and operational readiness

Skills required:

• Experience in the support of medical health systems and devices in a geographically diverse clinical environment.
• Understanding of secure messaging technologies such as Mirth Connect, Health Level Seven (HL7), Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), and Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standards.
• Experience in monitoring systems in an operational clinical environment, including the ability to diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions to restore or improve clinical health systems.
• The ability to create and maintain documentation for support processes, troubleshooting, and analysis, including an understanding of the importance of such activities.
