Task & responsibilities

Candidate should be able to ;

• Maintain safe. secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company & Client's safety standards and practices
• Perform all assigned duties 
• Follow all instructions and procedures carefully
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors and co-workers
• Understand and interpret engineering fabrication drawings
• Prepare quality documentation and reports of various services
• Perform Heat transfer calculations 
• perform AutoCAD model simulation
• Understand basic mechanical equipment working principle
• Implement new computer software and tools for the heat treatment process
• Prepare routine maintenance schedule of various heat treatment equipment 
• Prepare customised heat treatment procedures
• Perform material hardness testing
• Participate in various company initiatives and adhoc jobs
• Pass medical, drug and alcohol tests

Qualification & experience

• Must be an academically qualified Mechanical Engineer with Heat treatment industry experience
• Must have at least two years experience in Heat treatment industry
• Must have hands on experience with Heat treatment equipment line burners and low voltage transformers
• Experience with complex heat treatment is preferred
• Must have accident and incident free safety record
• Involved in cost cutting and process optimisation projects
• Must have zero workplace related compensation claims
