Analyse project requirements and team structures to clarify roles and ensure mechanical and HVAC tasks are aligned and efficient.
Develop benchmarks and methods for measuring labour, installation times, and resource usage to improve efficiency.
Assess workflows, layouts, schedules, and equipment use to maximise performance and reduce downtime.
Design energy-efficient and compliant mechanical and HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and plant layouts tailored to client needs.
Prepare specifications for equipment and materials, ensuring systems support Uniflow’s focus on reliability and long-term performance.
Plan and coordinate workforce, subcontractors, and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule and within standards.
Establish and enforce quality, testing, inspection, and maintenance policies in line with engineering and safety regulations.
Conduct inspections of mechanical systems to ensure performance, compliance, and energy efficiency.
Oversee maintenance programs for HVAC and mechanical plant, coordinating upgrades and modifications where necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
At least 1- 3 years’ relevant experience in HVAC or mechanical engineering.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, safety codes, and industry standards.
Proficiency in system design, analysis, and project coordination.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
