Task & Responsibilities

You’ll have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, utilising your skills and experience to prepare meat products for pet consumption. 

Working as a Meat Process Worker within both our Butcher and Pet Food Divisions, your daily responsibilities/tasks will include:

• Preparing offal and meat offcuts for pet consumption. 
• Operating a variety of machines designed to dehydrate, prepare or present the finished products.
• Assisting in the preparation of cuts of meat and smallgoods.
• Refrigeration and storage of carcasses and meat cuts. 
• Packaging and distribution of boned and sliced meats and pet food products for commercial sale.
• Preparing products for transport.
• Cleaning and sanitising equipment as per both company and legislated standards.

Qualification & experience

The ideal candidates for these opportunities will have:

• AQF Certificate I or compulsory secondary education (Year 10>).
• Experience in the various responsibilities listed above.
• Demonstrated strong commitment to excellence and quality.
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
