Headline: Hard Work for Harder Steel – Join Our Boriding Team
The Role: We are looking for a rugged, detail-oriented Boriding Technician to join our production floor. This isn't a desk job. You’ll be at the heart of our surface-hardening process, working with large-scale industrial furnaces to transform ordinary metal components into ultra-wear-resistant parts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Process: Packing parts in boriding agents (powders, pastes, or liquids) and managing the diffusion process at temperatures often exceeding 800°C.
The Heavy Lifting: Manually loading and unloading large furnaces and handling industrial containers.
The Science: Working safely with specific chemical compounds and monitoring precise thermal cycles to ensure metallurgical integrity.
The Grind: This role involves long shifts and a "hands-on" approach to production—expect to get your hands dirty and stay busy.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in boriding, heat treating, metallurgy, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
Stamina: Ability to handle physical labor in a high-heat environment for extended hours.
Safety First: A disciplined approach to handling chemicals and operating heavy machinery.
Precision: An eye for detail—in boriding, a few degrees or a slight chemical imbalance makes all the difference.
If this job describes your skills and experience send us your CV and cover letter through to our email address: [email protected]
