About the Role
As part of a globally recognised luxury Maison, the Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives in alignment with the House’s vision, image, and business objectives.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, this role will coordinate cross-functional projects, oversee budget tracking and operational follow-up, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, and a refined attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of local and regional marketing strategies in line with global brand direction and standards
Monitor and manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and expenditure tracking with a high level of accuracy
Coordinate with internal departments ensure seamless campaign execution
Act as a key point of contact for external partners, agencies, suppliers, landlords, and other stakeholders
Ensure all projects and activations are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the Maison’s luxury positioning and brand guidelines
Assist in the organisation and execution of client events, brand activations, partnerships, and in-store experiences
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, recaps, and performance analyses for management and regional teams
Support the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager with operational follow-up and day-to-day coordination of marketing priorities
Maintain and update marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers
Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all communications, assets, and customer-facing initiatives
Profile & Experience
Previous experience within luxury fashion, beauty, hospitality, or a premium/luxury environment (1-2 years)
Understanding of luxury brand standards, customer experience, and brand image
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong financial and administrative acumen, particularly in budget management and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in building presentations and reports
Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams is highly desirable
