Harward International College is a growing Australian education provider delivering quality vocational education and training programs to domestic and international students. We are seeking a commercially minded and motivated Marketing Specialist to support the continued growth of the college through strategic marketing initiatives, student recruitment campaigns, brand development, digital engagement, and market analysis.

This role is suited to a hands-on marketing professional who can combine strategic planning with practical execution. Working closely with management, you will assist in identifying target markets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns across digital platforms, strengthening brand positioning, and analysing performance data to improve student engagement, lead generation, and enrolment growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to promote the institute’s courses, training programs, and student services across domestic and international markets
  • Conducting market research and analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and student demand to identify new business and enrolment opportunities
  • Planning and coordinating advertising campaigns through digital platforms, social media, print media, events, and education expos
  • Managing the institute’s online presence including website content, social media platforms, email marketing, and promotional materials to strengthen brand awareness
  • Working closely with education agents, business partners, and internal departments to support student recruitment and marketing initiatives
  • Monitoring and evaluating marketing campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending strategies for continuous improvement
  • Coordinating the design and production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content
  • Assisting in the development of branding strategies to enhance the institute’s reputation and market positioning within the education sector
  • Organising promotional events, student engagement activities, seminars, and information sessions to increase community and industry engagement
  • Maintaining marketing databases, customer relationship systems, and student enquiry records to support targeted marketing activities
  • Identifying emerging market opportunities and contributing to business development strategies aimed at increasing student enrolments and institutional growth
  • Ensuring all marketing activities comply with Australian consumer laws, education sector regulations, and organisational policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital communications, student recruitment, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, content creation, and audience engagement
  • Experience developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising
  • Exposure to analytics tools and ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience within the education, RTO, or international student sector will be highly regarded

Salary

$75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation depending on skills and experience.
