The Marketing Specialist role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of experiential campaigns and clients. You will report directly to the Account Director and may also be assigned tasks by other team members or Senior Management. Key Responsibilities
- Spot and unlock high-impact experiential opportunities, driving brand engagement through sampling campaigns and live activations
- Plan and deliver standout events and sampling campaigns that convert audiences into customers
- Partner with clients to craft innovative activation ideas that bring brands to life in real-world environments
- Lead the end-to-end execution of events and sampling activations – from concept to on-ground delivery
- Identify prime locations, audiences, and moments to maximise product trial and consumer interaction
- Drive business growth through strategic activation plans, campaign calendars, and new opportunities
- Use insights and research to shape smarter, more effective experiential campaigns
- Optimise the customer journey at live activations, from first interaction to conversion
- Create and manage engaging content across social and digital channels to amplify campaign reach
- Track performance and deliver clear, data-driven insights on engagement, ROI, and campaign success
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, events or campaign management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage concurrent projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Well-informed and interested in social and digital media with a working knowledge of effective content.
- A strong interest in festivals and the experiential marketing industry.
- Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner with good people skills.
- Competent in MS Office software and internet research tools.
- Willingness to work long hours when required, often under pressure.
- Good business sense with the ability to work to budgets.
- Relevant qualifications will be favourably acknowledged.
Hours & Work Environment
This role is based at our Lilyfield head office, Monday to Friday. You'll also travel with colleagues for on-site campaigns.
