We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal

candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, and

craft content that highlights our tailored designs, global product sourcing, and expert

distribution services.

Task & responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to support sales across residential and commercial construction projects.
• Advise management on branding, promotion, pricing, and positioning of custom home designs and global sourcing services.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns, including digital content, social media, website updates, and promotional materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and analyse housing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret market and supply chain data to support informed decision-making for ongoing construction projects, product selection, procurement planning, and overall business development.
• Support business growth through the preparation and execution of structured marketing plans, policies, and programs.
• Develop, schedule, and manage digital content across websites and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and lead generation goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
• Analyse data from digital marketing platforms to optimize engagement and conversion rates for sales.
• Recommend and implement improvements to digital content and website structure to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic growth.

Qualification & experience

• AQF Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with suppliers, project managers, and senior management.
• Strong skills in content writing, digital marketing, and campaign support.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
