About the role
As the Marketing Manager – Commercial & Retail Property at the Grand Hotel Group, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across the company’s commercial and retail property portfolio. This full-time position, based in our Perth office, is ideal for a proactive and practical marketing professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and managing both strategy and implementation. From coordinating campaigns, social media, events, leasing promotions, and tenant engagement activities to working closely with property management and leasing teams, you will play a key role in driving brand presence, customer engagement, and overall asset performance.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement practical marketing strategies for commercial and retail properties
Manage day-to-day marketing activities including social media, website updates, EDMs, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Create and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, signage, presentations, and leasing collateral
Organise property events, activations, and tenant engagement initiatives
Coordinate directly with external suppliers including designers, printers, photographers, media, and signage contractors
Support leasing campaigns by preparing advertisements, online listings, and promotional content
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
Maintain brand consistency across all properties and communication channels
Assist with photography, content gathering, and on-site marketing coordination when required
Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing communications role, preferably within the commercial or retail property sector
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including digital, print, and events
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify strategic opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders
Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop fresh, impactful marketing initiatives
