We are looking for a motivated, capable and creative Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of marketing across two linked trade-based businesses.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to see their efforts directly turn into leads, sales, brand growth, and better business outcomes.
This is a great role for someone who wants variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be responsible for helping plan, create, manage, improve and report on marketing activity across both businesses.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to follow instructions or tick boxes. We are looking for someone who can think, take initiative, obtain and process the numbers, create quality work, and be proud of what they deliver.
This is an end-to-end marketing role. You will be involved in both the strategy and the doing.
Your work may include:
Planning and managing marketing activity
Creating content for social media, websites, ads, brochures and product/service promotions
Improving SEO performance
Managing Google Ads, Meta ads and other paid marketing campaigns
Creating graphics, flyers, product information, website images and other marketing material
Updating and improving websites
Reviewing campaign performance and using data to guide decisions
Helping identify new marketing opportunities
Creating consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
Attending sites occasionally to capture photos, videos or content
Working across all other day-to-day marketing needs of the businesses
No two weeks will be exactly the same. The right person will enjoy variety and will be comfortable switching between creative work, campaign planning, reporting, and practical marketing tasks.

SEO
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Canva
Adobe design programs
WordPress or website management
Shopify or e-commerce
Email marketing platforms
Social media content creation
Graphic design
Copywriting
Basic photo/video content creation
CRM or job management systems
You do not need to be an expert in every platform, but you do need to want to be and have the drive to learn, solve problems, and take ownership of the marketing function. This is a data driven position to bring results, if you are motivated by actual results this role is suitable for you.
This is a permanent part-time role of approximately 20–30 hours per week.
We are flexible for the right person and can work around school hours if preferred.
The role will be primarily office-based in Toowoomba, with some work-from-home flexibility available by agreement and completion of probationary period.
A competitive hourly rate will be offered based on experience.
