Task & responsibilities

Position Mandate 

1. Design, create, implement, and review Vertex Cleaning Services’ marketing strategy to gain market share and increase revenues
2. Develop, coordinate, and implement ‘fit-for-purpose’ marketing activities, advertising strategies, and online and real-world campaigns to launch, position, promote, and enhance Vertex’s brand recall, equity, and reputation
3. Nurture, and grow professional relationships with existing and future businesses
4. Lead Vertex’s social media, public relations, industry networking, and build strategic relationships with synergistic industries and consultants
5. Identify, develop, and nurture new market opportunities as well as realise untapped opportunities for Vertex Cleaning Services in existing markets

Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Grow Vertex’s business opportunities, revenue, and brand equity, reputation
2. Design, implement, and review Vertex’s corporate marketing policy, related strategy, objectives and SOPs for advertising, social media and digital presence, market research, and data analytics
3. Create, maintain, and enhance Vertex’s brand presence, awareness, and reputation amongst prospective clients
4. Provide specialist marketing, advertising, and market research advisory and consulting to Vertex’s leadership with an intention to expand existing markets and explore untapped opportunities
5. Enhance Vertex’s awareness and perception amongst its target audience and industry peers
6. Research current and analytically predict future business patterns, trends, and market characteristics to intelligently design, implement, and measure marketing effort and spend ROI
7. Research and analytically predict industry trends, opportunities, and growth characteristics
8. Plan, develop, implement, and review online and real-world advertising campaigns and social-media outreach activities
9. Actively participate in designing, upgrading, costing, and pricing current as well as new service offerings
10. Lead and coordinate Vertex’s promotional events, exhibitions and road shows with event organisers and consultants

Qualification & experience

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 3 years’ proven results within high paced business environments 
• Excellent demonstrable written and spoken English communication skills 
• Strong communicator with ability to persuade and influence wide range of audiences and stakeholders 
• Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience using Leads and Client Management Systems 
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed with passion to assist others to grow 
• Resilient and calm manner whilst dealing with difficult or challenging situations
