Your New Company
This growing Central Coast group operates across healthcare and education, supporting communities through two established and expanding businesses. With a strong focus on innovation, service, and continuous improvement, the business is now looking for a proactive marketing all-rounder who can help bring ideas to life and support ongoing growth.

You’ll work directly with the Director and play a hands-on role across marketing, branding, content, campaigns, and operational projects. Your New Role
This is a broad and varied position suited to someone who enjoys both creative work and practical execution. You’ll take ownership of a range of marketing and content initiatives while also supporting projects and business operations across both brands.
Key responsibilities include:
Graphic design and branded content creation
Managing social media platforms and content calendars
Writing content for websites, campaigns, and communications
Creating short-form video and digital marketing content
Supporting paid advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives
Assisting with events, projects, and operational coordination
Using AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflow and output
About You
You are creative, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to take ownership and run with ideas independently. You enjoy variety, can manage competing priorities, and take pride in producing polished, professional work.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Experience across digital marketing, content, and social media
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
Excellent written communication and copywriting ability
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Confidence working autonomously and managing multiple projects
Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation platforms is highly regarded
