Event Addition Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns and account management. This role plays a critical function in maintaining strong client relationships, developing tailored marketing strategies, and driving measurable results across our client portfolio.
Tasks and duties:
- Lead the development and execution of the integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
- Undertake in-depth market research to identify strategic opportunities for new and existing products and services and inform decision-making.
- Provide expert advice on marketing strategies across the product range, pricing, advertising, promotions, and distribution methods.
- Analysis of market insights to actionable marketing plans with measurable outcomes
- Create and manage concepts for marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, designers, and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Advise on digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, content planning, and campaign performance analytics.
- Oversee client engagement, supplier coordination, and event logistics.
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, including the development and implementation of multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong capability in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into business strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, analytics platforms, and social media management.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and managing external suppliers or agencies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic focus.
- Knowledge of marketing events planning processes and hospitality operations (desirable but not core).
About Company
This is a full-time position with annual earnings between $80,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation on offer (depending on skills and experience).
