Black and White Cabs is one of the leading taxi companies in Australia and has been serving our community for over 100 years. With a strong presence in regional Queensland, we are seeking a confident Business Development professional to drive our growth in Northern Queensland.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 2 -3 years experience in similar role

• Experience in working with and maintaining CRM data

• High level stakeholder engagement and retention

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Immediate start available - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee driver recruitment and engagement

• Promote Black & White Cabs to new and existing clients

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic priorities

• Represent Black & White Cabs at industry and commercial engagements

• Communication with both internal and external customers to resolve any issues and queries

• Assist in coordination and compliance of affiliated taxi fleet.

This role will suit a driven individual comfortable taking charge of a business unit, working independently to deliver on growing our services in the region. This is an in-office role, with tools of the trade provides (laptop, phone).
