Attila Natural Stone and Tile Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Management and Organisation Analyst to optimise our business processes, improve efficiency, and support higher customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong analytical skills for organisational development. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teams to observe, assess and improve current workflows and systems
• Develop detailed proposals aimed at enhancing organisational methods and procedures 
• Collaborate with staff at all levels to review operational processes and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and present reports recommending adjustments to work flows, job roles and business structures 
• Guide the implementation of recommended changes, including drafting new procedural documents and manuals
• Analyse existing organisational processes, evaluate their efficiency and suggest practical solutions to streamline operations 
• Monitor compliance with operation standards and identify deviations to recommend corrective actions 
• Support the creation of strategic plans aimed at improving resource utilisation and customer satisfaction 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business, Management etc) or at least five years of equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills 
• Proven experience in organisational analytics and process improvement 
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to implement change
