APG Workforce is on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Electrical Supervisor to join the team based in Beresfield. 

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across a fast-paced poultry processing site. You’ll be responsible for driving safety, supporting your team, and ensuring the plant runs efficiently through strong leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all electrical maintenance activities across the site
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, regulations and electrical standards
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance tasks
• Manage rosters and workforce planning to meet operational demands
• Mentor, coach and support the electrical maintenance team
• Collaborate effectively with management and production teams
• Promote a positive, safe and accountable work culture
• Identify plant failures, equipment issues and material shortages
• Analyse data to improve maintenance strategies and downtime reduction
• Test, maintain and calibrate sensors, transmitters and control components
• Isolate and shut down equipment safely for maintenance works
• Complete precision electrical measurements and testing
• Interpret technical drawings, manuals and specifications
• Perform required mathematical and engineering calculations

What You’ll Need

• Qualified Electrician with a current Electrical Licence (Essential)
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, compliance and WHS standards
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to interpret technical information and apply sound engineering principles
