We have an enticing Maintenance Coordinator position awaiting you at the iconic KCGM Superpit that boasts a +10-year mine life. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed Open Pit Mobile Maintenance team on the family friendly residential roster of 8:6, 12hr days working less than 10 minutes from home or FIFO from Perth.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience: A minimum of Ten (10) years mechanical maintenance experience including a minimum of Five (5) years in a Supervisor role in a similar sized operation, Strong leadership experience and ability to engage and empower large teams, Experience in performance management of team members with the ability to coach, mentor and empower others, Excellent computer literacy with ability to use integrated management systems, Microsoft office suite, INX, Pronto & AMT, Strong understanding of Maintenance work management processes, Awareness of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
Qualifications: Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualification, Formal Leadership and Supervisory Training (Desirable), Section 26, Current Unencumbered Western Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence.
Passion for Growth: A strong desire to drive accountability of the KCGM maintenance team and contractors to deliver optimal support to the mining team through direct field leadership and engagement and contribute to Northern Star's dynamic work environment.
