The Role

Gwinganna is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced housekeeper to join our friendly team on a casual basis. As you are part of the team that creates the first impression for our guests, your attention to detail will be second to none.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard

• Clean all public areas and offices

• Assist with linen deliveries

• Report any maintenance issues when identified

• Always follow workplace health and safety procedures

• Aim to exceed guests’ expectations of cleanliness and presentation standards
   

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• Previous housekeeping experience within a resort, hotel or similar environment

• Be physically fit to undertake all aspects of the role

• Have the ability to work within set cleaning time frames

• Have a positive attitude and be a team player

• Be comfortable working within the Australian bush environment

• Be a passionate customer service advocate

• Have a desire to learn and progress within the team

• Have excellent personal presentation

• Availability to weekdays and work some weekends and public holidays.
