Here at Talent Quarter, we currently have a brand new remote, locum opportunity for a Locum Pathology Laboratory Assistant in Norfolk Island.

The Role:

• The role will support the clients Pathology service with:
  ~ Specimen collection and processing
  ~  Laboratory operations
  ~ Quality activities, and
  ~ General laboratory support functions under the supervision of our Medical Scientist

About You:

• You will have experience working as a Laboratory Assistant / Pathology Assistant
• Hold relevant laboratory qualifications and specimen collection experience + an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) certification/experience to provide additional workforce flexibility where required
• Have a valid Working with children's check, Medical Clearance, Background/ Police Check, provide at least 2 working references + any additional
• Be comfortable to work in a small remote, regional community-based settings
