About the role
Our busy and collaborative Workers Compensation team in our Newcastle office is looking for a Legal Secretary or Junior Legal Secretary to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This office-based role will see you providing support to a team of two fantastic Partners, a Senior Associate, two Associates, a Lawyer and a Paralegal, together with the support of another experienced Legal Secretary.
The team is recognised for its expertise in managing workers compensation claims, work injury damages, and workers compensation recoveries across a wide variety of industry sectors. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of matters for leading Australian insurers.

About you
To be considered for a Legal Secretary role with our firm, you must have a minimum of 12 months’ experience gained in an administrative/secretarial position in a law firm. If you have a minimum of 6 months' administrative/secretarial/executive assistance experience gained in any other context, we would love to consider you for a Junior Legal Secretary role.
