We’re looking for enthusiastic Learn to Swim Instructors to join our team at The ARC Campbelltown. This is a great opportunity to lock in reliable Monday and Tuesday shifts in a centre that backs its instructors with supervisors on deck, floating support staff, and engaged senior leadership.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and deliver high-quality swimming lessons that build water confidence and skills
• Teach to each student’s skill level, age and learning needs
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for students
• Complete basic program admin (attendance, assessments/certificates as required)
• Maintain equipment and ensure storage/set-up is kept clean and organised
• Bring professionalism and great customer service to every lesson

What you’ll need (essential)

• AUSTSWIM Licence
• Working With Children Check + National Police Check
• First Aid and CPR
• Child Safe Environment Training / RRHAN
