MACA Mining are seeking an experienced Leading Hand HD Fitter on a 2/1 Roster to join our maintenance team at our Karlawinda project. The Karlawinda Gold Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 65km south-east of Newman. We're seeking someone with strong leadership capability, hands-on expertise, and solid experience in mining operations. Some of our equipment on this project include Komatsu 1500 Dump Trucks, D10 Dozer, 16M Grader, Hitachi EX3600 and Liebherr 9200 & 9300 Excavators.

To be successful in this role, you will require

• HR drivers' licence is preferable
• Relevant HD Fitter trade
• Previous mine site experience as a Leading Hand HD Fitter
• Experience in heavy mobile mining equipment - Komatsu, CAT etc
• Ability to lead the team
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated to work and guide the Team
• Good knowledge and ability to follow Work Health & Safety procedures and policies.
