St Luke's at Marsden Park is seeking an enthusiastic Leader of Data, Systems and Processes Coordinator to contribute to our vibrant learning community. This is an ongoing full-time role commencing in Term 2, 2026

Key Focus Areas
Lead K-12 timetabling, daily organisation and core operational rhythms
Oversee calendars, exams, reporting cycles and major school events
Ensure systems, processes and environments meet compliance and WHS requirements
Provide strategic leadership to IT services and operational technologies
Maintain clear, accessible data dashboards to support decision‑making
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes
Qualifications, Accreditations and Experience
Experience with school systems and timetabling (EDVAL preferred)
Strong operational, data or systems leadership capability
Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
Proven experience leading diverse teams
Solid understanding of WHS and compliance
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Commitment to meeting CSPD's Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead requirements as part of employment
