Looking for a casual educator with lead experience. Various shifts, both opening and close. Diploma or studying diploma Educator.
You’re passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences and recognise the uniqueness of every child. You thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment and enjoy working alongside like-minded educators.
As a Lead Educator, you bring strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF to design engaging, play-based programs. You confidently lead your room, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment while supporting your team and contributing to a positive culture.
• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF and NQF
• Observe and assess children’s development, supporting positive behaviours and outcomes
• Lead and support your team to deliver high-quality education and care
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-presented learning environment
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of early childhood frameworks and best practice
• Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Full working rights in Australia
