What you'll be doing?
Repairs & Maintenance — Carry out skilled repairs and maintenance on photocopiers and laser printers, including leading brands such as Ricoh, HP, and Lexmark, ensuring clients experience minimal downtime.
Technical Troubleshooting — Apply strong technical aptitude and network IT proficiency to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
Autonomous Decision-Making — Take ownership of your work by making informed decisions independently, managing your time and priorities with confidence.
Customer Support — Engage professionally with customers, delivering a high standard of service with a genuine desire to help and a polished, professional manner.
Field Service — Travel to client sites across Sydney using your own vehicle, representing Camnet with professionalism and reliability.
