Award-winning Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is seeking a casual, experienced Kitchenhand to contribute to the operations in our very busy kitchen servicing Lilies Restaurant.

This position is a great opportunity for a person who has had enough of working late into the night, or working split shifts, in a restaurant. Weekend availability is essential. The position is daytime hours only.

Hartley’s is a relaxing drive along the beautiful Captain Cook Highway, only 20 minutes south of Port Douglas and 15 minutes north of Palm Cove. Reliable transport (plenty of free parking!) is a must as there are no public transport options available.

All the important Kitchenhand duties such as cleaning, washing, storing, stock rotation and basic food preparation will be part of the role. Our Kitchenhands very importantly support our chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure we continue to feed our many hungry visitors.
