Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and project budgets
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and related documents for accuracy
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing
• Support the estimating team in tender submissions and take-offs
• Work closely with project and design teams to ensure efficient delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and project documentation
• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights
