We are a long-established, boutique accounting firm located on the fringe of Adelaide’s CBD, seeking a motivated Junior Accountant or Bookkeeper to join our professional and friendly team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop reconciliations, including bank and general ledger

• Support with BAS, IAS, and payroll processing

• Bookkeeping and management reporting

• Liaise directly with clients to deliver outstanding service

• Assist in general accounting and administrative tasks as required

About you:

• Previous experience in an accounting firm or bookkeeping role (preferred but not essential)

• Studying or looking to commence CA/CPA (desirable but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with IT applications and software (ideally including Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks)

• Time management skills and ability to plan and schedule ahead of time

• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills will be highly regarded
