About the role
The IT Support Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and support services. This position offers the opportunity to enhance your technical skills while contributing to a dynamic and growing organisation. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing exceptional support to staff across the organisation.

Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory.
- Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and service delivery.

Skills & experience
- Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on user assistance and troubleshooting.
- Strong capability in managing hardware and software installations and upgrades.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
