Description


As the IT Support Officer, you will act as the primary point of contact for IT support across the business, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support while ensuring a high level of customer service and timely issue resolution.

• Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to users nationally
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and user issues
• Supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online and Teams
• Managing Teams Meeting Rooms and AV technologies
• Supporting legal and business-critical applications
• Coordinating and managing external vendors and suppliers
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assisting with device deployment and lifecycle management
• Supporting networking infrastructure and cloud-based environments
• Participating in technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contributing to AI, automation and legal technology initiatives including workflow automation projects
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business


Profile


• 5 years experience in a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support role, previous legal or professional services experience highly regarded
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Exposure to Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online and Teams
• Experience within SaaS and cloud-based environments
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Genuine interest in emerging technologies, AI and automation
• Desire to contribute to projects and technology improvements
