An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced IT Manager to join a growing membership organisation based on the Mornington Peninsula. The Role

As the IT Manager, you will take full ownership of the IT function, overseeing all systems, platforms and infrastructure across the business. You will operate as both a strategic leader and a hands on technical specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain all IT systems, infrastructure and business platforms
• Lead and mentor a small IT function, including a direct report
• Ensure system performance, security and reliability across the organisation
• Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support business growth
• Drive enhancements across digital and e-commerce platforms
• Influence and contribute to IT strategy and future technology decisions
• Manage external vendors and service providers
• Support ongoing scalability as the business continues to grow

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable IT professional who enjoys working in a hands on role and can engage with the business across many different stakeholder groups.

You will bring:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or senior IT professional
• Strong technical capability across infrastructure, systems and applications like Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Entra ID, hardware, servers, and switches.
• Experience in e-commerce, online retail or content management systems such as Shopify or Drupal
• Ability to lead and develop junior team members
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. There will be a large change management compontnent to this role, so being able to bring people on the journey with you is important.

Location & Working Arrangement

This role supports hybrid working. The company has 3 anchor days - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday with the other 2 days from home. Based on site on the Mornington Peninsula, offering a great opportunity for candidates living locally or looking to relocate to the area.
