• Provides electronic and physical records management, ensuring effective and efficient information management control through the creation, distribution, preservation, retrieval, modification and disposition of records and EDRMS administrative functions
• Works collaboratively within the business to achieve best practice records and information management outcomes and meet compliance needs
• Delivers high quality customer service, training and support services for records and information management and related systems
• Coordinates and undertakes information management projects as required
