As our highly valued Integration and Priority Populations Aged Care Engagement Officer (REO), you’ll use your stakeholder engagement and project management skills to support Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) build capacity and continue to deliver high quality health care to older people.
You’ll make an impact at scale by:
Supporting RACHs build capacity and deliver high quality health care to older people.
Engaging with key stakeholder groups in primary care, RACH, public health and the NGO sector to support an integrated health system.
Supporting SWSPHN’s health planning via advocacy of health needs and service gaps within your priority population areas.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Skills in stakeholder engagement and an understanding of the issues that affect older people.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g.: health, social work, project management), or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
Skills and experience in contract and/or project management.
A healthy community. A healthy career.
