headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing services across Australia, in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote areas, supporting young people and family to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
As an Intake and Assessment Officer, you’ll be one of the friendly faces young people meet when they come to the Indooroopilly headspace centre. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming, safe, and positive first experience. With your approachable nature and strong relationship-building skills, you’ll form meaningful connections with young people, their families, and key stakeholders to ensure they feel supported and understood from the first conversation.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, and you’ll thrive in a dynamic team environment where your professional insights contribute to holistic, youth-centred care and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people seeking support.
