About the Role

As a POS & Payments Technician, you will provide Tier 3 support for our EFTPOS and Point of Sale (POS) products. You'll be technically minded, handling on-site installations from start to finish and providing continuous technical support to our customers.

This role is based in our modern CBD office and requires some customer onsite visits across Sydney metro and regional areas to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and configuring POS and terminal hardware and software, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software

• Providing training to customers and internal teams

• Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you'll bring

• 2+ years' experience in user support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Strong hands-on experience with POS systems and payment terminals

• The ability to learn new technologies and devices quickly

• A go getter with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
