About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office & Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the day-to-day operations of our service. This senior role oversees office systems, administration, compliance, documentation, communication and team support to ensure safe, efficient and professional service delivery.
This is a Monday to Friday position, standard business hours (approximately 9:00am – 5:00pm) with some flexibility as required.
What You’ll Do
Lead office and operational functions to ensure smooth service delivery
Establish structure, systems and organised workflows
Maintain compliant records and accurate documentation
Ensure incident reporting and governance processes are followed
Support rostering coordination and payroll administration
Coordinate and support staff, clients, families and carers, ensuring strong communication, smooth service delivery and responsive assistance when issues arise
Contribute to quality improvement and organisational growth
About You
Strong office / operations leadership experience (NDIS, health, disability or community sector highly desirable)
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to lead and support teams
Understanding of compliance, risk management and documentation standards
Reliable, accountable and committed to high-quality service delivery
Compliance Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)
Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred)
Right to Work in Australia (citizens, PR, or valid working visa)
Salary
A competitive salary will be offered based on experience:
$70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation
(Part-time option available – pro-rata)
Performance Bonus:
A structured performance-based bonus may be offered, linked to compliance, leadership, documentation quality and operational outcomes.
