About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Inductions Administrator to join our Rutherford team in a maternity leave coverage position, with potential for continued engagement beyond the initial period.
This is a flexible 3 day per week role designed to support work-life balance, including school drop off and pick up commitments where required.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring workforce compliance across medicals, training and mine site inductions.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with medical and training providers regarding mine site medicals, inductions, training bookings and compliance requirements
Organising appointments and preparing induction documentation and paperwork
Maintaining accurate and effective employee training and compliance records
Ensuring high levels of accuracy with data entry and data processing
Monitoring upcoming expiries and compliance requirements for our team
Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR/WHS department
Coordinating with operational staff and other departments to ensure compliance deadlines are met
Assisting with onboarding and workforce mobilisation activities
About You
