Task & responsibilities

ICT Business Analyst

• Analyse business processes and identify ICT-based improvements
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate system requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• Evaluate business models and workflows to support system enhancements
• Assist in developing test plans and user acceptance criteria
• Recommend system modifications to improve productivity and efficiency
• Support project teams with documentation, process mapping, and implementation guidance

ICT Quality Assurance Engineer

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and testing standards
• Design and execute test plans and cases for software and systems
• Monitor software development processes to ensure compliance with standards
• Identify, document, and track defects and process gaps
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate and support audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate QA findings to development and management teams

ICT Support Engineer

• Provide advanced technical support for ICT systems, infrastructure, and applications
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar ICT role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with system troubleshooting, support, or testing
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience working in multicultural or client-facing environments (preferred)
