The skills required are

• Minimum 3 years work experience with the below duties required

Key responsbilities and duties:

• Provide helpdesk and technical support via phone, email, remote or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve ICT hardware, software, printer, mobile device and network issues
• Log, Track, and manage support tickets through helpdesk system
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior ICT staff where required
• Set up and configure computers, laptops, phones, printers, and users accounts
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system access and equipment allocation
• Maintain accurate records of ICT assets, licences and support activities 
• support microsoft 365, email systems, shared drives and business applications
• Assist with system updates, backups, and cybersecurity procedures
• Provide training and guidance to users on ICT systems and best practices
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication with all users 

Salary offered between $76515- $80, 000 PA
