Task & responsibilities

• determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
• responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
• adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
• installing and downloading appropriate software
• ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
• implementing computer networks
• designing and maintaining websites
• repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems

Qualification & experience

• Proven experience in a similar ICT customer support role.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an ICT Customer Support Officer or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking technologies.
