Rolan Australia is a proudly Australian-owned online automotive parts retailer catering to all makes and models. We are looking for a dedicated ICT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis at our Seven Hills, NSW location.

In this position, you will act as a vital bridge between our business needs and our technical execution. Your duties will include:

• Partnering with stakeholders to define and document high-level business requirements and system features.
• Managing the project pipeline using issue-tracking software to prioritize development tasks.
• Overseeing the development lifecycle through daily briefings and technical decision-making support.
• Translating concepts into technical specifications and wireframes using design tools.
• Analysing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and proposing optimal system behaviours.
• Developing and implementing rigorous system test plans to maintain high quality and data integrity.
• Drafting user-facing documentation and technical guides.
• Conducting formal training for system users to ensure effective implementation.
• Modelling data and processes to provide clear blueprints for software development.
• Using Agile principles to manage project resources and respond to changing priorities.

In return you will receive:

• Package: $77,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
• Position: Full time (38 hours a week).
• Work within a collaborative team environment with ongoing professional support.

Requirements of position:

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICT Business Analyst role or similar or 5 years to substitute formal qualification
• Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., ClickUp, Figma).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
