We are seeking a full-time experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team in Sunshine, VIC.

Task & responsibilities
- Evaluating and enhancing existing business systems and operational workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Reviewing CRM and loan origination systems, mapping current workflows to identify process inefficiencies and implement workflow automation and system integration solutions
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives, including integration with lender platforms and optimisation of remote broker operations
- Developing reporting dashboards and data analysis tools to monitor pipeline performance, client engagement, and operational outcomes
- Assisting in the implementation of data governance, access controls, and system security measures
- Coordinating implementation of system enhancements and supporting user adoption through training, guidance, and process documentation
- Supporting regulatory compliance through system configuration, data governance, and reporting processes
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous optimisation of operational systems.
- Monitoring emerging technology trends and recommending improvements to business systems and digital processes
Qualification & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working with operational systems, process mapping, and requirement gathering
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and CRM platforms
- Experience in system integration, workflow optimisation, and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
