To welcome new team members, we’re offering a $600 sign-on bonus, paid in two stages:

• $300 after successfully completing 3 months of employment

• $300 after successfully completing 6 months of employment

Terms and conditions apply. To be eligible, employees must maintain a minimum average of 3 shifts per week and remain actively employed for the 3/6months.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering delicious food at Hungry Jacks.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

• Lead shifts and support daily operations

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Coach and develop team members

• Maintain food safety and operational standards

• Assist with stock control and ordering

• Help drive sales and team performance

• Open and/or close the store when required

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous hospitality or retail leadership experience (preferred)

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Has strong communication and leadership skills

• Is reliable, positive and team-focused

• Is available for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays

• Has a passion for food and customer service
