Our client, a mining company in Western Australia, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their growing and dynamic HR team on 4 week contract. This role will work alongside a small team of HR professionals to deliver an expert and faultless Human Resource function to their valued employees.
Ideally, this individual will have previous experience working in HR as an administrator and have used SuccessFactors.
Our client is looking for someone with excellent administration skills, high attention to detail, and confidence in numeracy. Essentially, our client is seeking an adaptable, intelligent individual who has initiative and can work unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for data entry and data management
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, contractors and temporary staff
Maintain accurate HR records
Ensuring all documents are on the HRIS system
Assisting the HR team with any ad-hoc requests
Proficient use of Success Factors
Managing the pre-employment process
Assisting with General HR Administration across the office to support the HR team.
Key Requirements:
Must have experience using SuccessFactors.
Experience within HR in a fast-paced environment
An organised individual who can work to tight deadlines and deliver accordingly.
Adaptable and able to work on different days each week.
High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
Advanced Excel skills and proven experience using recently in professional work.
Reliable, trustworthy, and honest personality.
