About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised HSE Systems Coordinator to join our Perth based team. This is a fixed-term, flexible role, ideal for someone who can contribute a few days per week (flexible arrangements will be considered), with the potential to transition to a permanent role. Reporting directly to the HSET Manager, you will provide vital support to the HSET team, including audits, documentation, systems management, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HSET Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Assist in maintaining, improving, and implementing the company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems.

• System Administration: Administer and configure HSE software systems (including Ideagen and Chemwatch), ensure accurate data capture, and support reporting tools/dashboard outputs to guide compliance and key performance indicators.

• Data & Reporting: Compile, analyse, and present HSE data, metrics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

• Audit Support: Support internal audits, including preparation of documentation, tracking corrective actions, and contributing to audit follow-up and compliance reviews.

• Maintain clarity and currency of HSE and Training documentation, procedures, SOPs, and registers.

• Provide general administrative support to the HSET team.

Requirements:

• Experience in HSE, WHS, or safety systems administration/coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Understanding of HSEQ systems and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
  

Desirable: 

• Previous experience in the mining, construction, or industrial sectors.

• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent systems.

• Experience with audits, inspections, or document control processes.
